1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 lb Cabbage (shredded)
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
Sauté the garlic for 3–5 seconds, just until it starts to brown and become fragrant.
Add the cabbage and stir to coat in the oil. Cover the pan and let it cook for 1 minute.
Pour in soy sauce and stir for another minute.
Increase heat to high, then add the Shaoxing wine. Stir-fry for 2 more minutes, until the cabbage is tender but still slightly crisp.
