The loaf pans are wonderful. My breads just slide out.
Hi Eve,
Thank you so much for your lovely review! We're happy to hear you're enjoying your Trudeau Resistech Loaf Pans and that your breads slide right out without sticking. That's exactly what makes a good loaf pan such a pleasure to use. Happy baking, and thank you for shopping with us!
The teapot itself is fine - well made, lovely colour, etc. - but it is definitely not a six cup pot as advertised. Six cups equals about 1500 ml and this pot scarcely holds 1100 ml (roughly four cups). This seems to be a standard failing amongst teapot manufacturers - a cup to them apparently does not equal 250 ml, but something less - so buyer beware. Find out what your preferred pot actually holds in millilitres and ignore the manufacturer's rating in cups.
Hi James,
Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We're glad you like the quality and colour of your Old Amsterdam Windsor Teapot, but we understand your disappointment with its capacity.
You're absolutely right that teapot manufacturers often use a smaller cup measurement than the standard 250 ml. This can certainly be confusing when choosing the right size. We appreciate you pointing this out and agree that listing the capacity in millilitres helps customers make a more informed decision.
Thank you again for your helpful feedback and for shopping with us!
It's what I ordeted
Hi Jay,
Thank you for your review! We're glad to hear your Cole & Mason Derwent Copper Pepper Mill arrived as expected. We appreciate your business and hope you enjoy using it!
I thought it was a little larger so I will live with it 😞
Hi Lawrence,
Thank you for your feedback! We're sorry to hear that the OXO Nylon Sauté Spoon was a little smaller than you expected. We hope it will still serve you well in your kitchen, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts.
Not only did my bowls not arrive, but the service team has been almost completely absent for the past month. Lots of emails, unanswered calls etc. I haven’t even gotten a refund! The bowls might be nice, but I cannot recommend this company.
GOT WHAT I WANTED AND IS FINE

I have this grater and it's worked grate (get it?!) for 40+ years. So now I want to buy one as a gift to someone who admired mine and I've decided to buy the same grater. Seems like a no-brainer!
Hi Abby,
Wow, 40+ years and still going strong! That's a wonderful testament to the quality of the Zyliss Original Rotary Cheese Grater. We love that you're now buying one as a gift for someone who admired yours. And we definitely appreciate the 'grate' pun!
Thank you for sharing your experience, and we hope the lucky recipient enjoys theirs just as much as you have enjoyed yours!
The Cole & Mason Detwent Salt & Pepper mill set is a great addition to our kitchen. My husband does not like mills because they usually do not work well. He does like this set. It works well at grinding the pepper corns and one can select several settings for the size of the pepper flakes. I have not had it long enough or used it enough to clean it or fill it. We are very pleased with the set, and can already see the difference between a cheap set and one with quality. I look forward to using these mills in my kitchen.
Hi Diane,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review! We're delighted to hear that you and your husband are enjoying your Cole & Mason Derwent Salt & Pepper Mill Set, especially since your husband has been disappointed with other mills in the past. It's wonderful that you've already noticed the difference in quality and appreciate the adjustable grinding settings. Cole & Mason makes excellent mills, and we're confident this set will serve you well for many years to come. Thank you again for choosing Kitchen Niche. We truly appreciate your support!

We absolutely love this tea! My sister bought some when she was in Canada, and we have ordered it twice since she cam home to Oregon. We are big time tea drinkers and we also love anything maple flavored, so this tea has become our new favorite. We will most definitely be ordering it again! A+!
Hi Annie,
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We love hearing how your sister discovered this tea while visiting Canada and that it's now become a favourite all the way in Oregon! The maple flavour really is a lovely Canadian treat, especially for tea lovers like yourselves. We're so happy you've enjoyed it enough to keep coming back for more. Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to your next order!
