Buttery Licorice Warmth with Metropolitan Tea Organic Anise Seeds Tea

The Metropolitan Tea Organic Anise Seeds Loose Leaf Tea offers lightly spicy licorice notes complemented by the comforting character of warm buttery toast. Traditionally processed and carefully air and sun dried, these organic anise seeds produce a bright, clear infusion with sunshine highlights and a naturally caffeine-free profile.

Sourced from Egypt’s Nile River Delta, the seeds develop a distinctive black licorice character with subtle peppery spice, touches of cinnamon, and delicate sweetness. Their aromatic complexity creates a flavorful cup on its own while also making an excellent component for custom tea and herbal blends.
