Guiseppe
2 lb Chicken Wings
Kosher Salt and Black Pepper
Cooking Spray
¼ cup Red Hot Sauce
4 tbsp Melted Butter
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
½ tsp Garlic Powder
Season the Wings
Pat the chicken wings dry using paper towels. This helps them get crispy.
In a large bowl, toss the wings with salt and pepper until evenly coated.
Prep the Air Fryer
Lightly spray the inside of the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
Cook the Wings
Arrange wings in a single layer in the basket (cook in batches if needed). Air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 12 minutes
Flip the wings
Air fry for another 12 minutes
Increase temp to 400°F (204°C) and cook for 5 more minutes for extra crispiness Tip: Avoid overcrowding the basket so the wings crisp evenly.
Make the Buffalo Sauce
In a large mixing bowl, combine:
Melted butter
Hot sauce
Worcestershire sauce
Garlic powder
Whisk until smooth.
Toss and Serve
Add the cooked wings to the sauce bowl. Toss until fully coated.
Serve hot with blue cheese or ranch dressing, and celery sticks if you like!
