    I Love my Silpat large baking mat. So much so I took it to Scotland to use there, and purchased another for my Canadian kitchen. I spread it out on my counter and I do not have to worry about flour, dough or pastry sticking to the surface. I use it for bread making, pastry work, toffee, chocolate truffles, you name it......
