    Perfect spaghetti

    The spaghetti attachment makes perfect spaghetti. I used a blended egg and twice as much flour by weight, kneaded the dough a lot and rolled it out to the #4 thickness before running it through the attachment and then straight into a pot of boiling water for 6 minutes. It comes out more or less like bought spaghetti.
