These easy ham and cheese sliders are baked to golden perfection with layers of deli ham and Swiss cheese inside soft Hawaiian rolls, then brushed with a rich butter-mustard sauce sprinkled with poppy seeds and dried onion. They’re ideal for potlucks, parties, holidays, or even quick weeknight dinners. Pair them with chips, salad, or roasted veggies for a complete meal.
Guiseppe
¾ cup Butter (melted)
1 ½ tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp Onion (dried, minced)
24 mini Sandwich Rolls (Hawaiian rolls recommended)
1 lb Deli Ham (thinly sliced, cooked)
1 lb Swiss cheese (thinly sliced)
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Make the Glaze
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, and dried onion.
Assemble the Sliders
Slice the rolls in half horizontally (keep them connected for easier layering).
Place the bottom half in the prepared baking dish.
Layer half of the ham, then all the Swiss cheese, and top with the remaining ham. Place the roll tops back on.
Add the Glaze
Pour the butter-mustard mixture evenly over the rolls, coating the tops.
Bake
Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes, until the rolls are golden and the cheese is melted.
Serve
Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
