Box with 25 bags of Icewine Tea

The premium ceylon tea with natural icewine flavor is a real treat! The Icewine Tea comes in designer packs that contain 25 tea bags with string and tag. The tea bags are flavor-sealed to keep them fresh longer.

To make icewine, the grapes are left on the vine until after the first frost. The grapes must be picked late in the year - after November 15; early in the day - before 10 am; and temperatures must not be higher than minus 8C. At this temperature the grapes are frozen and are as hard as marbles. When the grapes are in their frozen state they are pressed. This leaves a highly conetrated juice, very high in acids, sugars and aromatics.
