Separates the fat from gravy, soup or sauce

Your Gravy/Fat Separator is top-rack dishwasher-safe, or handwash with soap or detergent.

Pour cooled pan gravy, soup or stock into the Separator and wait for the fat to rise to the top. Pour the fat-free liquid slowly from the dripless spout until only the fat is left in the cup and spout.
