Egg Coddler by Fox Run
An easy to use Egg Coddler that works
Coddle perfect eggs with this porcelain Egg Coddler. This
fantastic Egg Coddler has a stainless steel lid and has a height of 10cm /
4inch.
Cooking with your Egg Coddler
- Bring a cup of water to a full boil.
- Remove the lid from the Coddler and lightly butter the
inside of the cup.
- Bread an egg into the Coddler and season with salt,
pepper, etc.
- Replace the lid - being careful not to screw on too
tightly
- Place the Egg Coddler into the boiling water - water
should reach about halfway up the coddler.
- Simmer for 5 - 7 minutes.
- Remove your Egg Coddler from the pot and hold in towel
or potholders to unscrew the top.
